Tanya Michna (who writes for Harlequin as Tanya Michaels) is the award-winning author of approximately twenty five books.  Her heart-warming stories have been translated into many languages--including German, Spanish, Dutch, French, Greek, Korean and Italian--for distribution around the world.  A three-time RITA finalist, she's also the recipient of the Booksellers' Best and the Maggie Award of Excellence and has been nominated for the Romantic Times Reviewers' Choice, the HOLT Medallion, and the National Readers' Choice Award, just to name a few.  She loves meeting fellow readers and writers and teaches workshops about the craft and business of writing all across the country.

The mother of two (both of whom have inherited their mom's overactive imagination), Tanya lives with her husband and kids in Georgia, where she watches way too much TV and stays actively involved with Georgia Romance Writers.
